    1. Create a to-do list every single day

The one thing that will always be true about your business and your life is that there will always be things that need to get done. From the time you wake up until the time you go to bed, your to-do list will be long and stressful. As any entrepreneur knows, the best way to start a successful day is to get that work done and get ahead. And if you can’t start that first big project because you have a few important clients waiting on you, you will find it hard to start anything. This: “Dividing the time you have left will only keep you up all night — for in the morning, you’ll have too many important things to finish, and in the evening, you’ll still have lots to do, and you won’t like working in the evening.” — William Makepeace Thackeray And never forget that while you are busy innovating and growing, your clients are busy paying you a lot of money. All woes aside, the clients you work with will always be demanding the best from you. They want results and they want them now. Standing your ground and handling those calls when they come will be very difficult if you don’t prepare. And it’s important to think about what value you can offer them at the moment. Struggling to get on with the running of your business when someone asks you questions by email or phone? Are you having problems with telemarketing? Does your business need some more clear direction? Some would say that a professional should not be doing these things because they do not yield profits. But, is it really worth decreasing your productivity to move on from each and every problem? To begin with, every business needs to start somewhere. Money is too precious to be wasted. The need may be urgent, and it may be an expensive need, but if you do not start, you will find it much harder to tackle it later.

    2. Keep your mind fresh by doing things differently each time you do them

Instead of doing things that are entirely the same every time, you should try to do things that are completely different. This will keep your mind fresh and your creativity flowing. It will also make you more likely to stay focused and dedicated to your work because you’ll be excited to see what you’re going to discover next. Instead of doing things that are completely unique for the month, do something that is somewhat similar to your last one. This way, even if it’s the same day or week, your brain can think about your last one a little more, get reminded of the excitement you felt when you first created it, and make it less overwhelming. While there’s no scientific proof that making a habit out of an activity completely increases its performance, there are a few interesting studies that suggest it’s possible. In one, researchers found that when people formed a new habit out of something that they already did every day (e.g. reading a newspaper), they were significantly more likely to accomplish it than when they formed a habit out of something that was completely new. Another study looked at making a habit out of completing a physical task, and found that people were significantly more creative and persistent when forming the habit of doing something physical rather than entirely different every day. So, even if it requires having your brain accustomed to a certain way of doing something, it might give you those extra perks you need to become a better creative. Like what you’re reading? 3. Divide your tasks into categories to make it easier to organize your life

Being organized is a great thing when it comes to working and doing other things. It makes everything far more manageable and will help you to stay on top of your work and your life. If you’re working on a task that needs to be done by a certain deadline, then consider breaking it into smaller categories. If you’re trying to write an article but you aren’t sure what sections belong where then break it up into subheadings. Make sure that the sub headings are not too long because then readers are going to spend a long time looking for the information they are looking for. If you’re planning to use a spreadsheet to organize your life then make sure you clear the columns you don’t need so you are not overwhelmed when it comes to unorganized parts of your life. This can also apply if you’re using an app like Google Keep. The platform will organize your notes and tasks, tasks, notes, and ideas using algorithms so you have a better chance of remembering things. It will not automatically handle all your organization needs, however. Organization isn’t a top priority for everyone. It doesn’t always have to be a complicated or time-consuming task, but it will get you farther than having another person do it for you. Bonus tip: Organizing can be exhausting. If you can get your head around the concept of prioritization then you will be able to make the time for it and have fun with it. When you’re writing something and don’t have a clue on where to begin, then go back to your notes or calendar. Write your ideas down and make a note of where they can showcase themselves in your article later. You might also want to note how good they are and why. It might take some time for you to get used to writing lists and actually getting ideas out of your head. This kind of work is often easier said than done, however. This is where writing exercises come into the picture.

Conclusion: Organizing your life is very important for making the most of all the hours in a day and still being able to accomplish what you need, when you need it.

I think it’s so important for people to take a step back and reassess their lives and ask themselves if they’re in the right place. Take time to think about everything that’s going on that’s pulling you down — making you feel unsure, stuck, or incapable. Because when you take the time to do that, all of a sudden you have the clarity you need to pivot and go in the opposite direction. And when it comes to relationships, I wanted one before all of this started, but some people are a little stubborn. And I hate feeling stubborn — I think it stops you from even getting started. It’s keeping you from exploring your true potential. You think you don’t want to get hurt or rejected, so you put off doing anything that might make you vulnerable or leave you open to being hurt. The longer you delay, the more damaged you will become. If someone is unwilling to partner with you or do things with you that make you feel good — it’s worth it to walk away. I don’t regret the people I went out with — there were so many good things about having them in my life — but if I’d confronted my relationships sooner, I would be so much better off. Guys, if you’re in a relationship, you should be willing to say, “Okay, let’s try things. Let’s try being with each other on our own and seeing what it’s like. Maybe one of us isn’t right for each other. And so if it doesn’t work out, we’ll take another shot at things later.” And to be clear — trying things in the blind without considering other factors is still a risk. But if the worst thing that happens is that you don’t end up with this person, the probability is that you’re putting yourself out there in the best way that’s available to you.

When you have a growing blog and readers start to follow you, you need to ensure that you’re sharing valuable content on a regular basis. The only way for your blog to continue growing is if you’re putting out quality content on a regular basis. I’ve watched a lot of writers on YouTube over the years create a brand for their blog and they usually do a decent job. This is also true with Medium articles — they look pretty good on the Medium author page. But don’t get me wrong here — the writing itself is still important since’ the greater readership means you can rank higher on Google, which is a major benefit. Don’t forget that you’re still creating content and that while you can crop images down and focus on keywords, the text you put into your post still matters. “Give people exactly what they want when they want it” — Donald Millbart When you start doing any sort of content creation, whether it’s blogging, YouTube, or Medium, knowing what’s valuable to deliver to your audience is the first thing you need to do. As a rule of thumb, I create a Google spreadsheet or an Excel document with three tabs/sheets: These tabs contain three main areas: It took me a long time to develop my spreadsheet and I still do. This allows me to understand what’s of value to my readers and what’s of value to add to my Google rankings. I like to break down different publications into their own tabs as well and use the criteria I use to make decisions in each tab. While the number of readers for your blog needs to be tied to your target keyword size, you still need to know what readership is in your targeted niche. It might not be the same as the target keyword size and there might not even be a specific size that readership pertains to since there will probably be many different keyword densities.
