We will be visiting local businesses to learn more about the journey they have gone through and the impact they made on their local community. This week, we had the pleasure of visiting Choun Kitchen. We talked to the head chef, Bobby about his experience of starting up a new restaurant in Hespler. His commitment and passion for cooking and the warm family run atmosphere has created an incredible addition to the other Hespler restaurants.
